Need help about making a spam free v bulletin forum

Recently i developed a new forum using v bulletin script but every minute new new bot joining and posting spam :S How can i kick them out ?

It is very hard to kick out all the spammers. as your one is new i suggest to tolerate them for a month. when you will be getting a lot of users you may install various MODS which dont allow spammers to post spams. You can activate your e-mail varification while signing up. By this time you can also use this mod - vbStopForumSpam

yeah, clearing spammers is not fun work and it takes up a lot of your time! I have the same problem!

A good mod that would keep away all spammers would be awesome!

Actually spammers are like pain on your head. You can never wipe them off but take a few steps which reduce their disgusting activities. As Rakib suggested, vbStopForumSpam is an idle choice to take control on spammers.
