General concept of ASP

ASP stands for Active Server Pages which is a server based scripting language which is basically transform a static website into a dynamic solution. It use to gather data from a particular site's visitors, user sessions, cookies, application variables and other things. ASP is useful and provide solutions of applications. Basically it is a supplement of HTML. If you are planning to order forms, guest books or gather emails then you can use ASP. Please note that you should have good knowledge on HTML before you go for ASP tutorials as ASP is a bit advanced step. This is a general concept of ASP, I am going to show some tutorials based on ASP on my next posting. Thank you.
